Germany is most definitely the strongest civilization in Civ 6. For this reason, a much higher emphasis is placed on early production and a civilization's ability to obtain early production. In Civ 6, there is such a magnitude of things to build, if you built a campus district prior to an industrial district, you'd have time for barely half the buildings. Justification: While science in Civilization 5 reigned supreme, it is most certainly production that reigns supreme in Civilization 6. I focus on Min/Maxing, and especially on the most efficient mean to an end. I have played 1000 hours Civ 5, and follow the competitive / NQ scene rather religiously. Preamble: I have currently played 35 hours of Civ 6.
